Dr Durga.G.Rao

Medical Director

Dr Durga.G.Rao is an expert in reproductive medicine and minimally invasive surgery with over 18 years of work experience in this field. She is responsible for bringing in the most advanced ART treatments at Oasis. With her experience, competence and personalized approach towards every patient, she is now a leading voice in the fertility industry.

Prior to Oasis, Dr. Durga practiced in the United Kingdom and Canada. She underwent her professional training in UK and has several papers and publications (associated with reproductive medicine and minimally invasive surgery) to her credit during this period. She was the pioneer in research and practice of In vitro Maturation treatment and Fertility Preservation in the prestigious McGill University in Canada. She has conducted and attended several conferences across the world and also presented her research findings in several hospitals. She moved to India in 2009 specifically to make available modern treatments in reproductive medicine to couples.

Kiran Gedela

Managing Director

Kiran Gedela is the Co-Founder and Managing Director, Oasis Fertility, a leading chain of IVF and fertility treatment centres. With over 20 years of experience under his belt and a keen interest in the business of the healthcare sector, he has helped Oasis Fertility grow into the strong institution it is today. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology and the General management executive program from INSEAD.

Pushkaraj Shenai

Chief Executive Officer

Pushkaraj has over 25 years of experience across a diverse set of businesses – FMCG, healthcare, retail, real estate and professional beauty. Previously Pushkaraj was responsible for building Lakme Lever – Unilever’s professional beauty business by magnifying the purpose to “Beautify the future” and deliver a strong performance on consumer and financial metrics. Prior to that he was the COO of Piramal Realty and led strategy and marketing at Piramal Healthcare. He is a graduate of Sir JJ College of Architecture and a post graduate from IIM Ahmedabad. Pushkaraj is passionate about building innovative and consumer centric teams, brands, and businesses.

Nishant Sharma

Nominee Director

Nishant serves on the board of directors of Aavas, AMI, Vishal Megamart, UNS, Oasis, ASG, Oliva and served on the boards of Veritas, Vijaya and AU SFB having led these investments for Kedaara. Nishant is a member of the Mumbai chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Nishant has been profiled as one of India’s hottest business leaders by Economic Times under the 40 under forty awards. Nishant received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Dual Degree (B.Tech & M.Tech) in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the IIT Delhi.

Ashutosh Sardesai

Nominee Director

Ashutosh has previously part of the investment banking team at Avendus Capital where he focused on industrials and technology services. He started his career with the programming languages research group at Tata Research Design & Development Centre.

Ashutosh received an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University.
